For a missing, damaged, incorrect, or unusable purchased file, contact deepbreath@breathedeep.digital within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords, or your private recovery code.
We will help resolve the file problem, provide a corrected file where possible, or refund an unresolved file problem. A refund revokes download access for that purchase.
The 14-day support window is separate from the download-access expiry shown on your purchase page. If access has expired, contact us for help.
